Guest room check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early arrival and late check-out times can be arranged upon request and based on availability. If you do not arrange a late check-out, you will need to check-out before the start of the last day of the conference. The concierge/bellhop desk can hold your luggage while you attend the conference.

The IHS National Cancer Prevention, Screening, and Care Conference begins with Pre-conference workshop sessions on Tuesday, August 12 at 9:00am. The opening session begins on Wednesday, August 13 at 8:00am and end at 12:00 noon on Friday, August 15, 2023. There are Wellness Activities each morning at 6:00am.
